Hi I’m Jessa,

It’s a pleasure to have you here, I have a strong faith and belief in God, a mum of 4 beautiful children and a lover of animals. I was born in Portland, Victoria, and I was raised here. As an adult I have had the privilege of travelling around Australia and would say this was the first time I thought “Hey! with all these beautiful places I’m living, why not begin to capture amazing photos to tell the story”. Here we are 8 years later still practicing, learning and loving these wonderful people I meet and the memories I can capture that are cherished forever.

What started as an outlet, became a passion! Families were my first love to photograph, the stories they tell, the connections and bonds shared were just so beautiful to witness, also sharing some last memories created with elderly families. Leading into newborn studio photography where I was able to capture those first few weeks of tiny teeny memories. I became a part of your family as your photographer, sharing your excitement when your family grew, or crying alongside you when you said goodbye. I am blessed to have met hundreds of people who own a piece of my heart.

Another passion of mine is art, I’m approaching my 10th year as an Australian artist passionate about creativity, community, and expression. My work spans from running art workshops, painting vibrant murals, working with watercolour and acrylic and collaborating with communities to use art to bring unity. I love bringing ideas to life, whether on large public walls or intimate creative settings. Art brings people together, brings peace and shows Gods design in each person.
